| Term                          | Meaning                                                                                                                                                   |
| ----------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Community manager (agent)** | Your Eirin teammate for one game. You give it a name, for example "Eirin", "Nova" or "Sam". You can have one agent per game. |
| **Manager** | The person who signed up with their work email. Eirin only follows instructions from the manager. |
| **Work email** | An optional address in your company domain (for example `eirin@yourstudio.com`) that lets your agent use email and Slack. It can't be changed once added. |
| **Your team** | The list of your agents on the home page and in the sidebar. |
| **Workspace** | An agent's page for replies waiting on you, its reports, and its chat. |
| **Profile** | An agent's settings, with one tab each for Overview, Sources, Knowledge, Playbook, Reporting and Reply setup. |
| **Sources** | The places an agent reads, such as the App Store, Play Store, Steam, Reddit, Discord, YouTube and Instagram. |
| **Playbook** | The two lists of rules an agent follows: reply guardrails and report guardrails. |
| **Reply guardrails** | Rules every reply must follow, such as "Never promise fixes, dates, or compensation". |
| **Report guardrails** | Rules that keep chosen topics out of your reports. |
| **Reply rules** | The saved text that sets your brand voice for store replies: tone, where to send support questions, and what not to promise. |
| **Auto-reply** | When it's on for a store or account, routine replies post on their own. Replies that need judgement still wait for you. |
| **Needs you** | The tab in the reply queue with drafts waiting for your approval. |
| **Knowledge base** | Your game's FAQ, patch notes, game bible and other documents, which Eirin uses to answer players. |
| **Grounded on** | The label on a draft that shows which knowledge base entries it used. |
| **Voice learning** | How Eirin learns your studio's tone from past replies. It learns tone, not facts. |
| **Sentiment report** | Eirin's regular report on how players feel about your game and what to do next. |
| **Service account** | The Google account you invite into Play Console so Eirin can read and reply to Play Store reviews. |
| **App Store Connect API key** | The .p8 key file, Key ID and Issuer ID you create in App Store Connect so Eirin can read and reply to App Store reviews. |
| **`/setup-channels`** | The command you run in your Discord server to choose which channels Eirin reads. |

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://eirin-ai.gitbook.io/eirin-ai-docs/reference/glossary.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
